de Wilde Homework Guidance
First as a history and social studies teacher and later working for a large homework support provider in the Eindhoven region, Aart de Wilde comes straight from education. There he saw with his own eyes where there were areas for improvement in the support of students. In 2016, he founded De Wilde Huiswerkbegeleiding in Waalre. His vision: to find the balance between control and autonomy through a personal approach, looking at learning patterns, pitfalls and strengths. This approach helps – successfully – students to find self-confidence and pleasure in their schoolwork.

Following the successful approach, de Wilde opened a second branch in Eindhoven. Meanwhile, partner Ruud took over the management of this branch. Ruud is a physics teacher, graduated from the TU/e and has a passion for education and entrepreneurship.
Support
at schools and organizations
Fueled by the turbulent Corona period, among other things, de Wilde has been supporting several schools and organizations (primary and secondary education) since 2020. Here we help students get rid of their learning deficits and with homework guidance and tutoring.
Location Waalre
management
At Waalre location, Martine took over as location manager in 2021. With her background as a developmental pedagogue, with a lot of experience in education, student care and homework guidance, she ensures that every student receives the personal approach he or she needs.
Expansion
to Tilburg region
In 2023, the company will continue to grow with a new branch in the heart of Tilburg. When starting up this branch, Aart was quickly helped by Demi. She started at the Waalre branch in 2021 as an intern in pedagogy. After a few years of experience with our working methods, she knew our method inside and out. Demi also has experience as a teaching assistant. From this background, she took on the role of branch manager in Tilburg.
Expansion
Brainport & Veldhoven
Per september 2024 De Wilde Huiswerkbegeleiding grows further. For our fourth location in Veldhoven, after pleasant conversations, we have entered into a collaboration with OBS Dick Bruna MFA from RBOB De Kempen. We can use the excellent facilities in their beautiful building.
With this location we cater to the Sondervick College and allow for better access to our services for Meerhoven and Eindhoven West. This way we contribute to the growth of education for Brainport.
Management
With his background as a Physics teacher (TU/e) he transfers the subject matter to students. With great dedication and passion, for both education and entrepreneurship, he is co-owner and manages our Eindhoven branch.
